If you are going to Cyprus, you must visit the most party place on the island, Ayia Napa. Come and see if it is rightly compared to the Spanish Ibiza.
Ayia Napa – the best places to party
Young people from all over the world come to Ayia Napa to party all nights long! During the season, the events last seven days a week, from dusk to dawn. We checked it this summer.
You must start your club tour from Louka Louka Street, where you will find the most famous party places. Below are our private recommendations.
- The Castle Club is the largest (and perhaps the loudest) club in the city.
- Club Black N ‘White is perfect for R&B, urban music and hip-hop lovers.
- The Bedrock Inn will take you back to the Flintstones era.
- Paddy’s Bar is an opportunity to feel almost like in Ireland.
- The Square Bar offers every evening the opportunity to listen to live covers of famous hits in a rock version.
These are only some of the places we have seen and only a small part of what Ayia Napa has to offer!
Ayia Napa – attractions in the city and the surrounding area
- After a night of excitement, you will surely need a moment of respite in beautiful natural surroundings. Here we recommend beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal clear water: Nissi Beach, Konnos Beach and Fig Tree.
- If you have enough strength for walks, we recommend Cape Greco National Park with its famous viewpoint and See Caves. You can easily get here from Ayia Napa by public transport (bus 101) or by car.
- Luna Park Parko Paliasto – it’s much smaller than Polish Energylandia, but you will definitely have a great time here. Out of more than 20 attractions, the Sling Shot (a capsule that shoots people 90m up) provides the most impressions. We decided on a much quieter entertainment – a ferris wheel, from which we watched the city from a bird’s eye view.
- If you have time for far trips, go to Pano Lefkara (the city of lace and silver), Nicosia (capital city divided between two countries), Larnaca or Famagusta.
Ayia Napa – prices
Parties in Ayia Napa are not the cheapest. You will not pay for entry to most clubs, but you will have to leave from a few (for a beer, shot or glass of wine) to several euros (for a drink) at the bar.
Ayia Napa – reviews
- Patrix – Cool place. Great party for everyone. But! While I was dancing with my Princess, one guy walked over to her and asked if she wanted to go with him. Well… Then, when I went to the toilet (5 minutes!), four admirers talked to the princess. That’s paradise for girls! 😀 I do not recommend these place to couples.
- Wiolczix – 8/10. It’s definitely worth visiting. The mix of clubs and music is so huge that you will surely find something for yourself. No. 1 for me is The Square Bar.
