Deepspot – photos

Deepspot scuba diving

Deepspot is another adventure we experience together, yet separately. Just like during the zipline ride at Kadzielnia, during Patryk’s first diving lesson, Wiolczi was only an observer and photographer. Both the recordings and all the photos you see here were taken by her from the “spectator’s lounge”—a glass underwater tunnel. This remarkable corridor allows diving companions to watch them throughout the entire experience. A fantastic feature. Alright, let’s get to the point—the story of what a first diving lesson with an instructor at Deepspot in Mszczonów looks like.

Deepspot photos

To start, the trainee—in our case, Patryk—goes to the changing room, puts on his swim trunks, and up to this point, everything feels like a regular visit to a standard swimming pool. Next, he has to report to the instructor, who conducts a short theoretical training session in a small room. The briefing takes place “dry.” The instructor explains, among other things, how to behave underwater, the proper techniques for descending and surfacing, and how to breathe correctly. He also introduces the trainee to the hand signals used by divers to communicate. Most importantly, he emphasizes that under no circumstances should you panic. In short, there’s no need to worry about lacking prior knowledge—everything will be explained to you from the basics.

Deepspot opinions

After the theoretical training, the trainee receives full diving gear. With goggles, a vest, fins, and an oxygen tank on their back, even a beginner looks impressively professional. Patryk got lucky—usually, one instructor oversees a small group of two or three people, but by chance, he ended up with a one-on-one session. Within minutes, he was underwater. The first and biggest surprise? You don’t feel the weight of the oxygen tank at all in the pool. However, the change in pressure is very noticeable. Even though the descent along the rope is slow to prevent the brain from going into shock, it still messes with your head a bit. Does it cause discomfort? According to Patryk—yes, quite a bit. But the mix of excitement and adrenaline is much stronger, making up for any inconvenience.

The water in Deepspot is incredibly clear, providing excellent conditions for diving and observation. A beginner’s diving session lasts about half an hour. If the student’s composure, skills, and abilities allow, they may even get to explore some of the underwater attractions during their first lesson. The depth, tunnel, caves, and a shipwreck are all waiting to be visited, making training more exciting for divers of various skill levels. Here’s an important detail Patryk’s instructor shared: on your first dive, you’ll descend to a maximum depth of 12 meters. For safety reasons, you won’t go any deeper, but even from that depth, you’ll get a great view of the pool’s attractions. Time flies at Deepspot, and before you know it, your session will be over. Diving is amazing. If you feel at home in the water and love learning new things, this is an adventure you absolutely have to try.

Deepspot Mszczonów – opinie

  • Patrix – 10/10. My first dive was very exciting. Although there is some physical discomfort related to the change in pressure, the experience is incredible. Going down 12 meters underwater is a completely different experience than swimming in a traditional pool. Deepspot is an exceptionally beautiful place. The water is clear, the pool is professionally prepared, and everything just looks great. I highly recommend it.
  • Wiolczix – 10/10. This time, I can only rate the adventure from the perspective of an external observer. But even as a spectator, I felt fantastic in Deepspot. The entire facility is very modern, aesthetic, and well-maintained. The idea of having an underwater tunnel was brilliant, as it allowed me to admire Patryk’s first steps underwater and take photos and video footage. I assure you (from experience) that watching the divers will make you want to try this attraction yourself.
